I received a membership offer after posting my question. Am I enrolled in a membership?

To check your membership status:

  1. Click My Account at the top of the page.
  2. Click Membership on the left panel.
  3. If you are enrolled in a membership, you will see a message that "your membership includes free questions with all kinds of Experts." If you do not see this message, you are not enrolled in a membership.

If you did not enroll in a membership, but noticed charges on your account, it is likely that the charges are associated to a question you posted. To review your payment information and recent questions, visit the Order History page.

Please note that your JustAnswer account will remain active even if you cancel your membership. Once your membership is cancelled, you will not receive recurring monthly charges and will only be charged when you post a new question.
